I showed up during my lunch hour. Dustin was very attentive and walked me through the facility to help me pick the right unit. He also provided thorough instructions for when I arrive after hours. And i returned back to work within my lunch break. I'm very thankful and very satisfied with his service.

Great location! Easy and painless. I'm on the property often as I store items for my business and Brittany is always there and willing to help when I need her. I appreciate the communication I receive from the office when shipments arrive - they even put them in my unit for me!

Went in to rent a storage unit in West Palm Beach. TX service was great and then follow up with west palm beach location on unit was very simple. All in all quick and painless :)

Stored my 3 bedroom house contents here for one month, had three 10 x 15 units and one 5 x 10, found the management to be very helpful and the overall cost very competitive.
Worst experience ever. They are totally unresponsive. They won't stop with the text messaging.

Moving after many year due to the fact that there is no communication between a corporate staff and the employees who work there, sad that you can not speak with a corporate person or an area manager , it all refers you to the store which rarely answers the phone... All over the web site payment system

Don't store anything you value here. Two of my units broken into on separate occasions. One had lock replaced and no one knew until I tried to access unit. Employee says it happens all the time.

STAY AWAY!!!! I was less than 24 hours into my contract and drove the U-Haul (which I was paying for hourly) to my new storage unit and - surprise! - the gate didn't work. As this was a Sunday, the office was closed so I called the corporate number and was told they would try to reach the owner (Jonathon) to get a repair technician out. 4 hours later and absolutely no response or effort made to fix the situation. Would recommend literally anywhere else if you value actually having access to your stored items.

I signed a contract for a 4 month storage space, but in the last month, the rent was more than doubled. Will not be using again.
