My equipment was stolen from this location. The staff didn't seem all that interested or caring. When the police arrived, the staff provided stills from their security cameras. However, the photos were so low quality that they were useless. No video of the thief's face nor their license plates when entering or exiting the facility.

Would give zero stars if I could. Our unit was 1 of 7 that got broken into on May 21, 2020 at 630am. Staff at the desk shrugged their shoulders and said they hope I have insurance. The 7 units that were hit were out of reach of cameras - guessing this is an inside job. Also saw in reviews that this happened before, they obviously don't care about their customers. I would have given the a negative star if possible. Extra space storage bought out Alamo storage, who we rented from for years, and our trailer was stolen from their security gated fenced and monitored with cameras facility and they did not see a thing, very soon after. Rent from them if you want to give your stuff away and pay for it, otherwise leave it on the street because you will have more protection

I wish I could give them zero stars. This place needs to be investigated. I just moved here two weeks ago. My stuff hasn't even been in their facility for a week and my lock got cut off and my Storage unit was completely ransacked. Everything inside broken, overturned, or stolen. There are no cameras on the second floor. How is it possible that there are no cameras on the second floor?!?! Apparently someone got their boat AND their camper stolen here. Zero stars. Their page says they have state of the art security---then why did my camper get stolen? I told them the police said they need a copy of the video of theft to pick up....but they Can't make a copy-they don't have any DVDs. I need to bring one so they can make copy for police! And, of course, they can't show me the video. Camper was stolen on 20th & I want a refund from 20th to 25th....my billing date....not sure they can do that. As a customer of the previous management company, I can offer the following pros/cons: PRO: *They painted -- old place got to looking dumpy *They are now keeping the dolly platforms where you need them -- in the bldg in which my unit is located CONS: *Facility personnel rarely answer the phone or even seem to be present during 'business hrs" *"Climated controlled" does not mean air conditioned -- my unit is on the second floor where The air conditioning has been turned off (the blower works, but no cooling) or ... read more

I would give them zero stars if possible. This place is a complete rip off. They will do everything they can to nickel and dime you. You sign one contract then they change it at a moments notice always for their benefit and to the customer's disadvantage. Even worse, every time I went to my unit one of the main gates was wide open. Where is the security? That's all they have to do is to keep the place secure and they can't even do that? Ridiculous.

Don't want to even give them 1 star and I haven't even moved in yet. Was scheduled to move in today, arrived first to find out the gate code they gave me did not work. Had to wait 45 minutes until someone drove up and let me in. Then I come to find out MY unit which I am paying for is locked by a different lock from my own which I cannot open. Meanwhile I have my movers (who I am paying by the hour) waiting outside. Of course it is Sunday so the office isn't open. I call the emergency line and after being on hold for 18 m... read more
