We used this company because it was close to our house before we moved. Now we are not so close by but don't want to get rid of our storage. We have made friends with other renters and the staff. I forgot to lock my unit and I got a phone call from 2 different people who have storage and the manager, Kaitlyn. I can truly say that I don't have to worry about my stuff being secure.

l've rented at various Storage facilities, and to me, it's the staff that make all the difference. At the Knights Rd location, Kaitlyn is THAT staff l'm referring to. She is ALWAYS courteous (polite) and very engaging whenever l call, or have a question. She just knows what to recommend, and leaves me feeling well taken care of. l highly recommend this location for her alone, she's that good at her job. Also, the location is well kept and has good lighting on the grounds after dark. 5 stars for Kaitlyn and her location.

When you go to Extra Space make sure to ask for Kaitlyn. She will go out of her way to accommodate you. She is so friendly and helpful. You cannot get better service. The place is updated and one of the cleanest storage places I have been to.
