Bait & Switch, deceptive practices I went into the office at 510 S Henderson Rd., King of Prussia to inquire about a drive up storage unit. Tiara Roberts-Howard said those were at the other location at 318 S Henderson Rd, King of Prussia but she’d do the paperwork for me then send me there. She stated the rental fee would be $133 per month with tax. I said ok but I’d barely afford that because I’m on disability.
