Bait & Switch, deceptive practices I went into the office at 510 S Henderson Rd., King of Prussia to inquire about a drive up storage unit. Tiara Roberts-Howard said those were at the other location at 318 S Henderson Rd, King of Prussia but she’d do the paperwork for me then send me there. She stated the rental fee would be $133 per month with tax. I said ok but I’d barely afford that because I’m on disability. This is my experience with extra Space Storeg: 2 years ago I singed up with them for a parking spot for my work trailer the manager at this time he told me that an insurance will be included in my contract by law, the monthly payment for the spot was $ 105.00 after 2-3 month they start raising the rent until it rich $134.00 /month In the middle of August 2nd 2020 I had a call from the police telling me that I have to come to the facility because somebody break in to my trailer, I went there then I find out that some tools ... read more
