I am very happy and satisfied with the level of customer service, and safety for both myself and my items in storage at the uptown Whittier extra space storage location. I recently got a storage space there to my surprise because I never thought I would go back there. The uptown Whitter location is clean, and accessible. Naomi, the manager was friendly, and professional she went out of her to help me with my storage needs. She seams to have a good handle on things, and knows what she is doing. The community respects her from what I have witnessed when I'm on the premises, which speak volumes to her character. I will continue to do business with this location.

Nanette's customer service was outstanding! She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so because the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this facility.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Nanette was very friendly and she was able to help.me pick out the right size of storage for my situation. Renting a unit here was as easy as it gets. After reserving a space online, I received a phone call and an email confirming that the reservation had been received. The next day I went to look at the unit but didn't get there until 10 minutes before closing. The manager, Glen, did not, however, make me feel rushed or as if he had someplace else to go. Today we rented a space because we needed a space to hold stuff temporary until we buy our new house. Glen gave us amazing service! He was very pleasant to speak with. He was patient and gave us time to look at various storage places. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. Friends if you need a storage space let me know, there's an awesome deal for referring in friends.

Loved this place. The prices were good and only went up a few dollars after the first six months. It was really clean and the elevator to move stuff was great. I loved the free hand dollys that were there to be used when moving your stuff in and out of the storage unit. My family will use this place again in the future.

This facility is clean and very reasonably priced. I interacted with Roxanne and Glen and they are both very friendly and helpful.
