Clean, easy to navigate storage facility, and great customer service. When I arrived to fill out my paperwork & get a unit assignment, I told the guy I have a record collection & was worried about summer temperatures. Instead of trying to sell me on a climate-controlled unit, he hooked me up with a basement unit, crisis averted! I've also had to get in to my unit after-hours, and never felt skeevy or unsafe there. As a female, that's VERY important!

Extremely helpful employees I've had a storage unit since February 2011 and I could not be more satisfied. They have great store hours to accommodate any ones work schedule. If you forget to purchase any required items ; example locks, boxes, tape they have it all for a fare price. Very clean and lit also. If your looking for a great deal and your from the area this is the place for you.

I had a misunderstanding with a employee by the name of Naomi. Apparently I exited a door that was not supposed to be used. I had no idea it was out of order. The door said exit. We got into a debate about the innocent mistake. To make a long story short she eventually told me that I need to vacate my unit and she would not rent to me. She said I made her feel uncomfortable. 1st day of moving furniture into the unit I rented the day before, was told their lock would be removed so I can move in anytime...the problem is that they didn't remove the their lock and we had to wait 1/2 hr on the 3rd floor in a hot storage building with our stuff. I called the staff member and he said he couldn't find the key! I called again and the manager got involved and said she'd be right there to remove their lock! The process to get in was fair and quick. The process to get out is an entirely different story. Remember how these companies make their money. They expect you to forget about them and charge and charge higher until you finally notice. Not only did they reopen my account after I left before my date, but they wanted more money afterwards to close it. Greedy. As nice as the staff is, proceed with caution. Side note. I hate this place now I came in this morning to check up on my things just to clean around organize some things maybe something home but I had to come seeing the lock picked and chipped like someone who trying to break in and try to rob my stuff. I can't believe the security cameras didn't catch any of this or the employees what are they doing????? I can't believe this I hope you're seeing this because I'm not happy and now I want a answer

The worst place ever. I used this storage space when I was in Tokyo for 4 months and had issues right from the start They didn't answer emails, insisted I come in to resolve issues (when I told them I'd be away), didn't give me my referral discount, was rude on the phone, never called me back, and took two months to give me back the money they over charged me for I would rather just give all my stuff away to a stranger than use this place again ‍

The manager here is rude, judgemental, assuming and didn't even give us time to move in our things. She micro manages this is place. The first day she was banging on the storage telling my business partner he didn't belong there and when she checked she was wrong. She also assumed he was homeless and again wrong. He just finished cleaning parking lots all night and it's a dirty job. To date no refund of our $200 we spent. I would never rent there again.

The space is clean. Access is pretty good but the corporate policy screws the little guy to the wall. Case in point. I have smaller unit which started out last year at $91.00. In six months they raised it to $101. This past date that the rent was due one of the checks that usually comes to us, we found out was going to be late. Like a month late.
