The manager here is rude, judgemental, assuming and didn't even give us time to move in our things. She micro manages this is place. The first day she was banging on the storage telling my business partner he didn't belong there and when she checked she was wrong. She also assumed he was homeless and again wrong. He just finished cleaning parking lots all night and it's a dirty job. To date no refund of our $200 we spent. I would never rent there again.
The space is clean. Access is pretty good but the corporate policy screws the little guy to the wall. Case in point. I have smaller unit which started out last year at $91.00. In six months they raised it to $101. This past date that the rent was due one of the checks that usually comes to us, we found out was going to be late. Like a month late. They are getting alot of break ins and just recently the sprinkler system iun the back builkding went off and has destruoiys alit ifvthe tenants upostairs anfd doiwnstairs property and the buikding noiw realty has a mildew fungus aweful smell and feelks unsafe do ti the severe wayter damage the wood shiufted amd the insde of the units walls have tilted out oif pkace and they dint seem ti be toi concerned foir threr custimer safety all they are doing is trying to get the unuts dry to rerent them out again and thats noit cooo... read more
the worst experience ever with a storage facility. the prices were raised and doubled. The elevator didn't always work.
This facility has the worst "management". Glenn is VERY disrespectful and has a hostile demeanor. I would not recommend anyone do business here for the simple fact that the company would employ someone who treats their customers so badly. A payment error (which was Glenn's fault) turned into a nightmare. Why would the customer have to be treated badly on top of a mistake he made? This unacceptable behavior should not be permitted and needs to be reprimanded by the company. NO ONE should have to deal with this kind of service... read more
