Loved the customer service that was provided at the location in Covina on Arrow Hwy. I got my storage space online and was called by staff to help and guide me to my storage spot. I would recommend this place a million times over.
My storage needs changed and Linda, the manager, was so great helping me decide on a unit. She's knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful when you're trying to figure out what will work best for both your storage and budget needs. And she's super nice! . During these crazy times it was much appreciated. Thanks Linda!

After visiting 3 local storage options, Extra Space Storage is by far the BEST. It's not even close. The facility is kept very clean, moving carts always available nearby, great lighting throughout the building, and has state of art elevators. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the most convenient, and safe option for a storage unit. Thank you!

I've moved multiple times over the course of my adult life and it's always a pain in the ass getting a storage unit. The unit is usually the wrong size(either too big or too small) and the price usually exceeds your budget and the workers are generally rude and not very helpful.
