Herman was very helpful and made the process easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Have never used a storage locker so I have no real experience. However in my search for a locker I found Extra Space to be a very clean facility. Prices are competitive. Personnel that I have dealt with have all been courteous and professional. Hours in the evening that you can access your locker is very good, up to 10PM which I believe is excellent for these operations. Very happy with the service at Extra Space Storage. I rented one unit and then asked to change to another unit after a couple of days when I discovered that I needed something else. Management promptly transferred me to another unit without any hassles.

We rented a unit that was 5x5 and we were given one a bit smaller. Went ahead and spoke to the person in charge that was at the facility but that wasn't any help. She went back and forth with us practically stating that it was impossible that we rented a 5x5 because they weren't available. Which makes no sense considering I bought it with an agent over the phone and he made sure that 5x5 unit was at this facility. Update... came back maybe 2 weeks later. The elevator outdoor button is still not fixed. Why is that? I'm sure there is enough money going into this place to get it fixed. Do they not have people working here to do daily check ups? Or does the company not give a crap? You guys are able to charge me more after 3 months, but cannot do this? What a joke. This will not fly when I have to leave.

Amanda is never then to help me when I need it! She is never in her office. For a while they were stringing me along with good customer service, but now they suck again!
