Going thru online was easy. The office staff was great. I felt very welcomed when it called in. Really enjoy the late entry. Couldn't finish many a day without the gate closing late.

Some other places takes forever for your call to be picked up;. In addition, she was friendly and had an answer to all my questions. Great customer service is rare nowadays.
