Going thru online was easy. The office staff was great. I felt very welcomed when it called in. Really enjoy the late entry. Couldn't finish many a day without the gate closing late.

Looked at a few other places, then called Extra Space. What made me decide to move forward with Extra Space was Linda. When I called, she responded right away. Some other places takes forever for your call to be picked up;. In addition, she was friendly and had an answer to all my questions. Great customer service is rare nowadays. Good prices too, highly recommend Extra Space.

The service that I received was Excellent From the 1st time I called and spoke to customer service I got Excellent service, they are very helpful and kind and Helped me to get exactly what I was looking for, When I went to the storage facility to see the unit I was very pleased Jennifer was very helpful The facility is very clean and nice, To get me started didn't take A lot of time it was a very pleasant experience and I will highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
