Great experience very professional. Always understanding any question always have a solution. Omar was very professional and Unice 10/10 recommend .
Made a reservation online, and Eric assisted with giving me a call, addressing questions, and being patient with me regarding my move-in date since I kept pushing it back. When I was finally able to make it in, I was assisted by Danny. He, too, was also polite, and he addressed any and all questions. He provided me with as much information as possible but did let me know to always feel free to call or stop by the office with any questions.

Alex went above and beyond to help me move in. Showed me how to work the gate and building entrance. He showed me the tricks to get into the door if it didn't want to open, took me to the unit, helped open the door, had already cut the packaging on the lock so it was easily accessible, gave suggestions as to make sure I didn't lose the spare key. He was very helpful. I appreciate his great service.
Wow! Renting online was such a time saver and the unit was ready as soon as I signed the rental agreement. The support team answered all my questions and were very professional! ESS provided step by step instructions via email to make your first access is easy yet secure! The unit was clean and the lock I purchased was ready for use! My experience here was excellent.

Erik and his staff are wonderful and very responsive to all my needs whenever I reach out to them.
I recently signed for this storage unit so my review will cover the initial starting process. I found the location online and saw that their web rates are cheaper than in person. The website is very user friendly that provides all the needed information like month terms, cancellation, etc. I was surprised that you could sign the lease online or make a reservation that saves your unit at that price then process the lease in person. Needed a storage and I preferred to have one that was climate controlled which they have. Office personnel was wonderful and were very much helpful. Loves they were right around the corner of my house.
