I use Extra Space Storage to store my trailer and in my opinion they are the best in the AV! It's always clean, well lit, and plenty of security cameras. Not to mention, Lisa (manager) is always courteous, pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. I've dealt with her on several occasions and always goes out of her way to find me the best possible price and location for my trailer. Definitely recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs

When I got my storage unit a couple months ago, I dealt with Lisa and she was very professional and courteous. I just got a parking spot for my car and dealt with Tony who was also very professional and courteous. I was very impressed when I originally rented with the unit and facility and continue to be impressed with the facilities and how clean they are!
I haven't yet met Lisa, but I did do business with Joe- who was professional yet friendly. Impeccable cleanliness, large driveways, clearly singed and easy to navigate. Very well kept storage facilities. Video surveillance and secure gated entrance. Customer service was excellent. Joe was very informative without seeming like a salesman or a librarian. I'm feeling very confident about my choice to rent here!
The Lady that works there was very rude I will never go there again I asked her for the bathroom key and she said she didn't know where it was on a very rude tone of voice
I don't understand how you pay so much for storage every month and your vehicle keeps getting broken into this is the third time in six months that our vehicle has been broken into vandalized and Extra Space Storage is doing nothing about it except calling you and telling you your vehicle has been broken into where is your security this is not acceptable. I am moving my vehicle and I am not ever going to recommend this place. They're broken into constantly
