BEWARE: They will increase your rates without notice that they're supposed to. They had increase the my rate by 50%, over $100 without notice and this is only after a couple months of when I started renting at their "web rate". This seems to be the common practice, you can see the numerous complaints on BBB.org and how many people had price rise without notice. Highly not recommended.

where do i start?? 50,000 2022 trailer gone, stolen... without so much much as a sorry for you loss. definitely a inside job. gate was rammed into by what looked like a grey suv at 8pm and the theif had the nerve to get out and carefully pull the gate closed. he returned at 1:15 am pulled the gate back open with his hands , hooked up and drove off with our trailer like it was his. manager eric mejia claims that he arrived at 8am to find the gate wide open. we werent notified until 4:30 pm wich gave them 15 hours to get ouy... read more

Once again Extra Space has failed its customers again. My RV and others were Broke in one again. I guess everything I suggested and complained about was taken for a joke. These people told me they were working on putting Cameras at the back gate and Never did. The back gate is where the break ins are occurring which tells me this is an inside job. Brand new kenmore washer and dryer missing!!!Management told me over 40 units have been broken into including MINE! Police report has been filed and cop expressed that he's been to that location numerous times for burglaries. We had the extra space storage lock on our unit. Coincidentally we cancel our unit one month prior to removing our stuff and things are missing! VERY SUSPICIOUS IF YOU ASK ME!!! Nothing is being done about it and they aren't willing to help! security is not one of your main concerns. over 40 units vandalized one week, main door broken...still broken as of this date. now more units plus mine vandalized again. there is no security, no cameras....nothing! corporate could care less and have not bothered to contact me. they will have to take responsibility one way or another. if anyone is reading this get your stuff out of this facility as soon as possible. also if someone is missing a mountain bike...it was thrown in my unit. the managers should have it. i ... read more

I am very disappointed with this place. I wanted to rent a climate controlled unit from here. They had great reviews. Talked to a service rep via Internet and received a call from Ambur thanking me for my interest and to call her. I did that and told her I'd be there in 20 minutes which I was! Got there and they rented it to someone else! What is that??? I drove across town to get there and not only did she not wait to see if I'd get there but where is a courtesy call?
