I had an excellent experience today as a walk-in customer. I was looking for prices and had compared to other places in town. The rates were much lower and I was able to take a tour of the facility and the unit on the spot. I left having a unit, rental insurance, a lock and auto-enrolled monthly payments for less than $100! Low monthly payments of $45/mo (what?!!) immediate access code information and really friendly service!! Highly recommend!

We’ve had nothing but excellent customer service especially from Steve V. Steve has always been friendly, kind and helpful in anyway he could! Like many families with the current housing situation this is highly stressful time and putting your “life” in a unit can add additional pressures. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have Steve there when we had questions or just a simple hello or smile. Highly recommend this facility. Thanks again Steve!

Very personable customer service staff! Easy process to rent the unit, created a passcode that made sense (!) and easy access via an elevator to get stuff to the unit!
