Nice clean facility that I would feel completely comfortable storing my belongings. The guy that showed us around Kyle was very professional and nice .

Great facility, clean, no bugs. Rate is reasonable and very convenient to load and upload as they also have a few moving carts so easy to move items from trucks to storage unit. Store manager Steve is super helpful too! Highly recommend this place!!

Steve at Extra Space Storage is the finest! He is always a delight to see and talk to when I'm stopping by my storage unit. Always helpful when I need assistance, gives me courtesy calls when I forget to lock my unit, he definitely keeps an eye out for all the customers. Steve is a hard worker-he's always up and doing, cleaning something around the building and maintains the place like it's his home! He's been there since we acquired our units in 2012! Steve is the best facility manager that Extra Space Storage has. He works hard to meet your needs and keeps the Greenway Parkway facility spotless. No better place to store you items - short or long term.
When we sold our home we needed a place to store some of our belongings. Steve was awesome and extremely helpful in finding us the space we needed. He was always cordial and helpful. Having a refrigerated facility was essential and met our needs. If we need their service again, I will not hesitate in using them.
