Hi I'm very impressed with the service here, especially Steve! Very clean and well lit.
When we sold our home we needed a place to store some of our belongings. Steve was awesome and extremely helpful in finding us the space we needed. He was always cordial and helpful. Having a refrigerated facility was essential and met our needs. If we need their service again, I will not hesitate in using them.

We needed a space to store all our things while we closed on our new home and being pressed for time I went to this location on 27th st and Greenway Parkway, glad I did! Service is the best and the faculty great and the facility is super clean and air conditioned. A/C is critical here in Phoenix, don't let anyone tell you otherwise!!! I highly recommend this particular location since the staff are top notch.

I used this space for about a year and a half. It is extremely Clean and well maintained. Location is convenient and safe. Steve was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility. My only disappointment is that they increased my monthly payment by 30.00.

I love this storage facility. I have used them multiple times for different storage reasons. Every time they are really helpful. I went in yesterday to get a small unit then the one I currently have and the gentleman there named Todd was very helpful in showing me the different options. There was a glitch in there system and he worked his hardest to make sure I got the price that I saw online. I want to give some positive feedback about this specific Extra Space Storage at 27th and Greenway. When you look around this zip code for alternative storage spaces, this place looks the cleanest and tightest from the outside. For my short term rental, this place was perfect as I rented four different storage rooms for a month to bridge between houses.
