We needed a space to store all our things while we closed on our new home and being pressed for time I went to this location on 27th st and Greenway Parkway, glad I did! Service is the best and the faculty great and the facility is super clean and air conditioned. A/C is critical here in Phoenix, don't let anyone tell you otherwise!!! I highly recommend this particular location since the staff are top notch.

I used this space for about a year and a half. It is extremely Clean and well maintained. Location is convenient and safe. Steve was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility. My only disappointment is that they increased my monthly payment by 30.00.

I want to give some positive feedback about this specific Extra Space Storage at 27th and Greenway. When you look around this zip code for alternative storage spaces, this place looks the cleanest and tightest from the outside. For my short term rental, this place was perfect as I rented four different storage rooms for a month to bridge between houses. This place and space is well organized, clean and safe. I been using this storage center for years. No complaints....
A friend rented this storage unit for me initially as I was leaving the state. When it came time to switch the unit into my name, it was quite the odyssey or comedy of errors. After several calls to management, a trip to the facility by my friend to switch the unit over, followed up by a written agreement that management supplied for us both to sign, noting the change, my friend still kept getting calls and emails about payment for the unit. Zero stars. This place should be shut down for fraud. Crazy that a business can lie to your face to take your money. Get ever my single thing they say in writing! They literally lie, speak to customers as if they are incompetent, raise rates extensively, and steal your money. 1st Lie- Before move in, manager Ray told me on the phone that once my rate went up I could call and they would, as a curtesy, drop it back down to the online rate.
