Staff was patient and helpful to the couple in line in front of us, while at the same time checking in a few times with me on my needs. I imagine this can be a tough job at times when customers need storage in difficult personal circumstances. The facility is clean. It would be five stars if one of two storage elevators was not out of order making for a long detour to my unit.

I've had to deal with a few moves in the last few years, and I've rented a handful of storage units. This facility is newer, clean, and easily accessible. It's about a half hour drive from the city, but not having to deal with the crowded Boston streets and lack of parking makes it worth it the drive. We received excellent service from Alex, who went above and beyond - including literally pulling out a power tool and goggles to make an adjustment to our storage unit latch to make it easier for us to lock and unlock the unit.... read more

Extra Space Storage on Bear Hill Rd. is the best! I have rented storage units before and its always been a hassle (time, paperwork, what's available, etc.) so when a friend told me about this place I thought I'd check them out. For me, price is my first concern and Extra Space Storage had the best prices and options in the area! (I know, I called around!) I've been renting a storage space here since September. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Had to recently make changes in my unit and they were very accommodating and understanding. Thumbs up to the outstanding service. Highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with this storage facility. Prior to signing up, we met with Dragomir and he was very helpful. We wanted a large unit for the spring and he showed us units and explained how it all worked. He told us to call in Jan for availability. We called and spoke to Ryan who was also helpful.
