I leased for almost 22 years. My unit was flooded so they moved me to the other side which subsequently was flooded in heavy rains twice. Which was undoubtedly an "act of God" which they could not do anything about. Other than those I had no problems.
Extremely cooperative professional staff and well run facility! Recently Kathleen helped me with several administrative issues and was terrific!
