Very competent and informative sales help. Facility is clean and well lit. Facility is also well secured. Very pleased with everything about the experience.
It's just storage, right? That's absolutely true, but if you've ever had a bad experience at storage facilities you know how easily the whole thing can go south on you. Most units are brand new, and simple to access with a loading dock. It's well-lit, very clean, and the staff is actually helpful if you can believe that. Highly recommended.
new customer, all was terrific. who knew getting a storage unit, they made one feel "at home". accessibility to the unit is terrific. greatly appreciated floor was freshly painted/sealed. location is convenient, customer service was great. takes so little to be friendly and welcoming and it makes a huge difference in terms of experience. thanks!
Tidy and very clean. The front desk manager knows his stuff and is competent when setting up a new account or helping a customer change storage units. Floors are completely free of debris and dust. No sign of bugs or rodents. There are bug traps in some corners but we have never seen any signs of bugs. The lift always works as do all the doors. Honest and upfront about pricing and available units. Over all this place has been a good experience for us.
I called and they had no explanation why rate was increased by 89% in 2 months, other than just repeating that it's written in the contract that rate can be increased anytime during the contract.

The on site staff are excellent, so I wish I could give a better rating. They are always polite, helpful and professional. However my monthly fee went from $60.00 to $130.00 for the same space in a 20 month period. I will not be using this place again.

I have been with extra space storage for over two years and they just increased my rate from $53 to $72 a month! This is ridiculous!! I understand that rates may go up each year but $20??????!!!!!!!!!! And their new client rate is $62! I called the office and the sales person said there is nothing he could do and the company will not lower the rate. He said, "they don't care that you've been here, they won't negotiate with you."
