My experience here was great. The storage manager was friendly and helpful. I have to say it was such an easy process. Out of all the storage places i have rented from, this one was the best. Very happy with the service. Rates are the lowest i found in Ventura County. It is right off the freeway, so its very convenient. Id recommend this place to anyone who is in the area looking for a storage unit.

Only use for short term storage. They jack the prices up so high and so often, until you have no choice but to move out or get a new unit. Love the facility! Prices start out good, but get ready for a quick $20 increase, and they continue to steadily increase the rate.
Diana helped me out today and was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend going here if you need storage.
I love how clean this property was and the prices were reasonable. The manager, Patty, was super professional and really funny. I would defiantly recommend this location.
I've used a few storage facilities in the past so I speak from experience when I say this Extra Space Storage facility in Newbury Park is definitely worth the price you'll pay. Their prices are fairly low, around what you'd pay for a budget mom and pop storage where everything is falling apart, floors are uneven, they have one cart for the whole facility, and the tin can where you keep your stuff is usually around 100 degrees in the summer, but the price is the only thing they have in common with those guys.
