While this place is clean, their business practices are questionable. I signed a lease for their smallest available unit at a cost of 50$/month. It's been just over a year and my rate has increased twice to 72$/month. Does the rate just increase for no reason? Is there a limit to the increases? Nobody seems to know and/or care. Basically this place is banking on the fact that you aren't going to move your stuff around every few months so they just increase you're rent little by little. I recommend going elsewhere. You'd think you would only have to deal with them once when you move in, but, alas, no. My sister and I had to get storage units at the same time. She has had no further contact with hers and, after many phone calls, e-mail and faxes, I am sick of dealing with mine. I have more important things to do than corresponding with the company that stores my stuff. And I haven't even gotten to the water damage to my property yet!
