My experience was beyond my expectations! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I felt the process was easy from start to finish. My storage was easy to access and even had carts right at the entrance. I would highly recommend when looking for a safe place to keep your stuff.
Kim is the best. Very affable. And we appreciated her making sure we knew that we had options for locations on the premises, and that was very reassuring being that everything is so hectic with Covid. We felt safe taking the walk around, and we give her a thumbs up!
Staff was very helpful and the online reservation was smooth.
I have used Extra Space Storage for a long time and have always had excellent service. They take great care of the facilities and are very informative about what goes on. I feel safe and comfortable storing my and my families belongings at Extra Space Storage.
I give extra space storage a 5 star because they are very easy to get a hold of and whenever I have a issue they fix it right away . The staff are extremely nice and the storage units are clean .
