Signed up a year ago and need a larger space. Ehtisham made my transfer very smooth and his help was awesome. The property is well maintained and I would easily refer anyone who needs extra space!
Glodean, was very helpful, Her customer service outstanding. The property and units are very clean.
The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and the facilities are great. I am very happy that I chose extra space.
The cost of a storage unit is very reasonable and beats most of their competition. The staff is very helpful and kind to their "tenants"!!! The office has a good selection of storage supplies (ie: tape, locks, boxes, etc.) and the units are clean & easily accessible, whether your unit is outside or inside. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you live in the area and are in need of a great storage company!
After 3 months they double the rent. 67 dollars for 3 months then went to 132 dollars. Moved out
They could improve by hiring honest employees and management. My husband has theft occur at this storage. Possible inside job. The manager, a male, said there has never been break ins in the 15 years he's been there. In 2020 my sister had musical instruments stolen from her storage unit there. My husband found his stuff for sale at Facebook marketplace. The manager blamed an employee for renting a unit to a male and female without checking ID. Great place and great customer service but my unit quickly went from $150 to $210 with not one notice.

Two stars for facility and great customer service. However, I have only had my unit for 3 months and I have already received notice of a price increase. My 10 x 15 unit was $264/mo (with insurance) at signing and it is now being increased to $358/mo. That's one hell of an increase.

After having my 5x10 unit increase in price by nearly 50% in just over a year (May 2018 $93 to present day $134)...I decided it was time to vacate and move just slightly east to a much closer and much more economical facility that charges $75 for the same size unit, and only increases their rental price by 10% annually.
