I posted the original review below on 10/14/2017. It's now 5/1/2018, and the elevator is STILL BROKEN. Turns out Cypress, CA is a franchise location, and the owners DO NOT CARE about tenants at all. They know the elevator is broken and don't want to spend the money to fix it. Glodean puts the blame on corporate inaction, and corporate turns around and points the finger right back. I asked for an update, and Glodean told me that they will start repairs sometime in June, but they will take at least a month after they start.... read more
