This storage had only one left space a while I was looking for 5x10 that may hold were not available I am so lucky to find one, and the best part was on promote free one month and add a small fee for insurance. Another thing I was struggling with was the stuck latch for the locket, and I asked the service to fix it. They did the next day, was selected, and now it's was a smooth latch.

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been nothing short of perfection. My only caviot is how much the price goes up every 9 months. I can see a 5-10 dollar increase every 9 months but 40 dollars is a lot.

Very professional. Gave me all my options and helped work out the best solution for me. I was driving from NC to Frederick, MD and was delayed two hours due to an accident on the highway. The manager waited for me and took care of getting me signed up. Much appreciated. Storage facility is clean and well lit.
I just rented a storage on a web rate for $71 a month and already got a letter about rate change notice for $142 to start next month. That's after I only paid $71 once, not even three months yet.
