Find a different stroage place as any placr had to be better than Extra Space. Signed up and paid $75 for the first 3 months before I had my first rate increase to $125 and then not even 4 months later 2nd increase to $170! Needless to say I packed everything up and left with 2 weeks left and still didn't get a pro rate refund either. Oh yeah, and after I signed up I saw about first month free and sent 2 emails asking about it and never rcvd a response. Don't fall for their crap
