Clean, well-maintained storage facility. Once or twice I didn't put the lock on properly and received a call the same day. The staffer who signed us up was extra considerate and gave us a locker at the end of a row and close to the elevator. We've had the locker for over 3 years. Even though the price goes up every year, we are very pleased with this particular site and recommend it!!!!

I have been renting my storage unit for a year now and I have been loving it. First, my monthly payment is an an adjustable number for the space in my unit. Second, the hallway area is clean, meaning I haven't seen animal (rats, spiders etc) pop. Lastly, the front desk people (don't remember their names) are really kind compared to the people in the storage building I use to rent. And to end it I love it, it is great their and I haven't have had problems.

Just started so initial sign in process was very good. The young lady that helped me was very informative and shared all the pertinent information needed. Space is clean and has very easy access. I will re-evaluate after 2-3 months of going in and out of the facility.

When we arranged online to rent a storage space, we saw only that the space was 5'x5' and should accommodate a few pieces of furniture. We got there and discovered that while yes, it is 5' x 5' of floor space, the door was too small to accommodate our couch. It was late, the office was now closed, the van had to be returned, we had been moving in the rain all day, we were exhausted and I was beginning to have a meltdown. I recently had to close out a unit due to a death in the family. Both Milo, the site Manager, and his associate, Mehta, could not have been more kind. They helped me close out the unit and handled everything in a very caring and professional manner. They both were just great. They are very service-oriented.

The only place I could find the size space I needed. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are super friendly. Fair price and conveniently located too! We've rented two different units here and have been happy.
Extremely good experience.. especially compared to our previous storage experience. We called the #800 number because we were in a bind, they called ahead to confirm unit we needed was available, locked in a month to month rate that was significantly cheaper than other units we priced. Latoya was so wonderful in helping us with our first storage. All of items wouldn't fit in a 5x5. Latoya looked to see if she had a 5x8 , she did and gave us that space with no hassle. I've been using storage units across multiple companies for about 20 years but have never come across one as helpful and friendly as this location. Anytime and everything we stop over to pick up or drop off items, we're greeted by name by the extremely friendly staff - and they'll even open the doors for us. We moved in a little over a month ago. The spaces are very well lit and very clean. The rates are also way below what we were paying at other storage unit companies. A+++
