This review is for the location at 501 Fulton St. The office staff is AWESOME!! Always so friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean as well.

Updated Review: so I am in this space longer than I anticipated & there's a hike in the price...so my 5 star review is for the office staff. Chris continues to be an outstanding employee. As for the price hike...3 stars to the company. For those reviewing and giving 1 or 2 stars for this reason, all storage places do it. It's a built in cash cow. So it sucks, if you need long-term storage but if you don't, you might want to rethink how much crap you have and either donate, sell or store it in someone's basement. Overall, thi... read more

This is a great place. Clean, nice workers, safe feeling. The manager Marty is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that there is no light in the storage locker and so in a large locker (10x20) it's pretty dark. So if lights are not added, leave a flashlight or some bright light in your locker. Some units have electric outlets outside.

Denise, the manager, and Marty were awesome to work with. They were most helpful in deciding which unit I needed and also made the payment process quick and easy. Each time I had a question, either one was always willing and eager to help. They knew me by name and even remembered certain details about me that I didn't expect them to. I wish them and this establishment success for many years to come!

I went to extra space from public storage because PS rates kept going up and up to the point of ridiculous. Denise and Marty were super helpful, and friendly. I got a huge unit that was clean and at a fantastic price. I can't see myself going anywhere else. Thank you for all your help.

Denise and Marty are both so helpful and friendly! They are very accommodating, quick, efficient and helped me right away. The facility is clean and I feel safe when I have to access my unit after hours. This is my second time renting from an Extra Space facility and I will definitely continue to do so.

This place is awesome, plain and simple. First class customer service, Marty and Denise are friendly and super helpful. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
