really clean facility, friendly staff. i was there for a couple years and it was exactly the storage experience i wanted to have. i have been in one other facility in the area and it was dingy and dark and unpleasant so this was a great indicator of how this type of business should be. and, denise is, in fact, great!

I moved my storage from Public Storage to Extra Space and saved a great deal of money. The staff is friendly and I didn't have to buy the extra very expensive storage insurance since I had my own renter's policy. My rate is locked in for a year - couldn't have been happier.

We recently rented a small 5 x 5" storage unit from Extra Space. Denise, the store manager, was extremely helpful. She took us through the facility and showed us several units. She explained the process and gave us suggestions about renting and choosing a unit. The facility is nicely kept. I've used this storage company before and I was very happy with their service. They have very good incentives for new customers, I got my first month free. They have great facilities, including a great security program. Their prices were great and I felt safe storing my things here because I knew they would stay safe at their monitored facilities.

The facility is adequate, well-maintained. The only way to avoid the rent increase (usually MUCH more than 13%) is to prepay for the year or more at the time of the initial rental. I was storing some antique furniture. After the year was up my rent doubled. I sold some of my things so I tried to reserve a smaller room. The very rude manager told me that, since I was already a client, I was not eligible for a better rate. Find someplace else!!! After having a unit there for years my rent was increased $80.00 per month. When talking with the DM I asked if she thought that was a fair increase. Her response was that it's a first floor unit so it has better accessibility...really?..... that's worth an extra $80.00 a month? Being a longtime customer is not valued. Will be moving

I will rate the staff in this facility 5 stars as I have not encountered any issues with them and they are very professional, and efficient. The one star rating is for the way this company conducts its business. I started storing my vehicle in this facility March 2022. My rate started of as $132.16 per month. After three months (June 2022) I got a letter in the mail stating that I signed up for a promotion and that said promotion is expiring so my rate will be increasing. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I stored my car here for the winter. The front tail light was busted when I came to pick it up. The company refused to do anything about it and suggested I call the police and talk to my insurance. DO NOT leave your vehicle here.

Super clean convenient location for me. I don't understand why the rate for a 5x11 could just keep increasing to the point I'm paying 20$short of two hundred dollars A month.
