The staff are extremely helpful and listen to your needs. They do not try to oversell you a unit and make sure that you have what you need. We are renting long term for holiday decorations, and we feel like our property is safe and in a very well maintained facility. The entire property is immaculate and completely secure.

Very, very clean. We have our own code to enter the gated property. Very well lighted. Bathroom available. Access hours are great. But most of all we would like to say how professional, yet friendly, Bayron was. He explained everything thoroughly and took us around the property so we would be familiar with it. Demonstrated the lock he recommended and made sure we were comfortable operating it. He is TRULY an ASSET to your company. Do everything you can to keep him in your employ. He is destined to move up in the company. It was evident he enjoys his work.
