They illegally auction off my storage due to a typo Joanne gain the manager at this southpoint location email me the wrong due date and all she can tell me is that she’s sorry it was a typo …. $20,000k TYPO I immediately had a panic attack!!!! 20k of my NEW salon equipment is now gone and they won’t do anything about it. They practice a common bait and switch practice in the industry which reels you in with a low introductory rent then increases drastically within a few months. My rent went up nearly $100 after my third month with them. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers and the only way for people to find out about these unfair business practices is to write bad reviews.
