They practice a common bait and switch practice in the industry which reels you in with a low introductory rent then increases drastically within a few months. My rent went up nearly $100 after my third month with them. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers and the only way for people to find out about these unfair business practices is to write bad reviews.

I have been using Extra Space Storage since 2015. The yearly price increases have way out-paced inflation. 30-40% increases are rationalized as "the demand remains". Limited options....so I pay!

RecommendedThe staff is very very nice. I was told that I could hang over the back of my space to make my boat fit, turn out I can’t and had to move out the first month. So with admin. fees etc I ended up $90 for a parking spot for one month. Definitely wasn’t worth it, unless what you’re storing is a car, it’ll fit then... But like I said the staff was great.
