This was a great place to store our stuff while we prepared to move house. We were very impressed with the cleanliness - the feeling of damp that seems to pervade other storage units was missing entirely. We also liked the ability to actually drive into the building - particularly in the summer, when it was so terribly hot, it was lovely to work in a nice, cool space. I agree that the price is a bit steep. However, it's the nicest storage space I have ever seen, and for our temporary storage needs it was fantastic.

Really great service at the Wauconda location. I needed to make some changes to my lease and Tom was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
