I went to Wauconda Extra Space Storage on o2/09 24 to see if I could get a larger unit. . The person asked what size I would like Isaid I would like7x10 .He said that didn't have one available Units that size. The next day I received a phone call from Extra Space that had one available I said I will be there Sunday. We talked and he showed me 2 units and took one. Kelly was wonderful and very helpful.
The price and amenities for climate controlled storage was great! The "loading zone" is completely inside so you never get wet. They also provide carts for everyone to use to move your stuff. I greatly appreciated that while moving my stuff into the unit. The elevators are big enough for my king mattress!
the management was very helpful the facility is very well kept and clean also i like the fact that you can drive your vehicle right in the building unload and drive straight out all in all nicest storage facility i have ever used and i have used quite a bit of storage units over the past 25 years
The location is ideal for us, the price is right, and the rental process was simple. We found the staff helpful throughout the process. I like the long hours of access every day of the year.
The guy in the front desk, was very friendly and polite to me I recommend this place 💯

Easy process affordable price. Be aware of mandatory insurance, you'll need to budget that in. I had to pay $26/month extra for insurance.
