Tom was patient and easy to work with even though I had a rambunctious couple of children with me who needed snack then a nap. I am very happy with my experience working with him and selecting a storage space that is the right size for our family’s needs.
Just started renting a unit here, originally went online and the size was too small (my mistake) I called the front desk and they were super helpful in getting me into a larger unit! Easy process and change, transparent. Location is great, accessible and climate control made for an easy choice! So far so good!
The positive side is that it's nice to have a storage place close to home. It was even better that it was indoor units. The negative side is that the price increased often. Also, they force you to buy their locks but do not offer to buy them back when you're done with storage unit.
Climate controlled storage units in Wauconda. Easy to get to from our home, and the facilities are great. Easy to pull in with our vehicle, unload, and fill our unit. I LOVE that they have carts to use! Never have to worry about accidentally dropping something. Hallways are wide, and lights are motion activated. Always music playing too, makes storing things not feel like a chore
Tom has been excellent! Great customer service! He got me all set up and recommended a great unit!
