Be careful…ask if it is a promotional rate and if it will change…. Before you rent

facility and staff are great ... price is driving me out ... be careful don't get hooked ... stay short term ... FYI .. I went to a brand new storage facility ... one if the first questions was what is Xtra Space charging ... they indicated 30% less and no increase for 1yr ...
