We have had the need for a storage unit for several years now. After a bad experience with another company we moved our stuff here to this Extra space storage. We have had more than 1 unit here over the years and we've never had any problems with this facility. Staff always accommodating. Recently made to make some changes and TANISHA was SO incredibly pleasant, kind and went out of her way to assist us. She was a breath of fresh air in her customer service. Its been a "5" experience for us.

I'm not sure what happened on my review yesterday....but I give them 5 stars...not 1. So sorry. This place is great, staff is SUPER friendly and the online booking process was very easy and fast!! Thank you AGAIN! :)

Everything went very smooth renting a unit. It was a no contact rental the unit. The unit was clean easy to fine and when I called the office I spoke to Tanisha. she was very helpful and very very nice and I would give you guys a five star. Also your price is a lot cheaper than many other rental places in Lancaster

I been using this storage facility for about 3 or so years now and Rebekah Bennett has been there since i got my storage unit and has been very nice and very helpful with every one of my needs. Its a very clean storage facility. I have never had a problem them at all.... Love the staff...

Great Storage Facility and Great Prices! This storage facility has everything you would need. The variety of different size spaces and even central air in door spaces to satisfy your needs of your most precious memorable items. I use one of the larger indoor spaces and it is great! Even air conditioned during the summer. Wheel carts in every building to help you move is great. The office staff is very friendly helpful and respectful with great management. I stored my household goods here for over a year and the experience has been a positive one. I've received pleasant reminder calls and email reminders to avoid late fees. The site is very clean, secure and well maintained with a knowledge, professional staff. I could have done without a 8% rent increase after only renting storage for five months.
