Let me start by saying that I've only had one storage space prior to using Extra Space and I was not expecting much when I came to rent a unit. They blew away my expectations. The guy was so friendly and helpful, just a nice guy who was chatty and personable. & he even gave me a tour around the place with little golf cart. He showed me exactly how to use all the nifty little things around my unit, such as the door holders & timers. Overall my experience with Extra Space Storage was great! I was in and out of the office in a timely manner. The property is very well maintained and I am very satisfied with my choice to store with the company.

First, I would like to say this experience was the best I've ever had when dealing with a storage facility or any business. The entire staff were polite, helpful, and they made evrything super simple and smooth. I have used other storage facilities in the past and NONE of them can come close to the customer service that was given to me at this facility. I deal with people from other businesses on a daily basis, and it seems that no one speaks to or treat people with the respect and courtesy they deserve anymore. I left sayin... read more

Super pleased to say that we found the perfect place to store our extra household items. This place is clean, well maintained and easy to access. Rebekah, who helped us was personable, knowledgeable, and eager to help. We never felt like she was pushing a sell but wanted us to be happy with our choice.

got robbed 3 months after I moved in...their security system is a joke. There was video but i was not allowed to see it. Management didnt even alert the police...youre on your own here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (and buddy... there are COSTS). Do not be fooled by all the five star reviews on their site. They look for positive reviews on yelp, google, etc and put them on their site and there is no way to leave your own, fyi. We rented a small unit here when I was about 8 months pregnant to get some furniture out of the house we won't need for a couple years and make room for baby stuff. Found a unit that we thought was priced fairly, and I just got a notice that they are increasing the rate by 63% -- only THREE ... read more
