Booked online and picked up my lock inside the unit they gave me. Incredibly and fast. Nice units and convenient to get in and out of.

I have had 2-3 units at this facility for over 12 years. Penny is as professional as it gets and is one of the main reasons I have stayed here so long. The company continues to maintain and update the facility which helps offset the rates. While the rates may not be the lowest, I don't know of a facility around Alpharetta that is of higher quality, with better security, or a long term on site manager.
I have had other storage units with bad service in Alpharetta/Roswell /Woodstock area . I have been here at Extra space storage with climate control storage for 10 years moved from huge storage unit to a small unit as I travel around the US. I love Penny and sweet Johnny bless him they have worked with me on rates & moving me to a smaller unit. Nothing but pure kindness here with professional courtesy no matter how far away I was or what time zone I was in Penny is totally amazing and goes beyond and out of her way to help ... read more
These folks are the best! The staff is superb & couldn't be more helpful & Penny is as sweet as they come. The property is clean & secure. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone in need of extra space. Five stars & two thumbs up!
The Extra Space Storage locations in and around Milton/Alpharetta are all exceptionally clear, uncluttered, and nice looking locations. I had met the Jones, the couple , that run the 855 North Main Street facility South of Windward, they are older like myself, and they were very friendly. This is a nicely run, pleasant place with which to do business. Because the manager lives on the premises, I feel that security is a priority here. Management is very easy going and reasonable.
