Well, most of the time I just roll in here, get what i need, then leave without ever talking to anyone. However, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner while obtaining a new storage unit. Everyone here were very helpful and professional. They made suggestions that saved me money and took the time to explain everything involved with the contact. They have an electronic contract program that was very cool as well. This place is clean and someone is always there to assist.
Avoid this facility AT ALL COSTS TL;DR My storage unit was broken into because of gross negligence on the part of management. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit. The unit next to mine was vacated a week after I moved in, and instead of properly securing it, they left it WIDE open--despite there being nearly a 2-foot gap from the ceiling, providing direct access into my unit. Unsurprisingly, over $2,000 worth of my belongings were stolen: brand new performance tires, electronics, board games, and collectibles--all gone... read more
Be careful! They can arbitrarily raise your rent after the first four months. Mine went from $63/month to $126/month. They lure you in with a very competitive "web" rate, but then the contract states that they can increase rents based on "current market conditions". This means availability. Once they fill up, they begin raising rent on the lowest monthly rental units. Now forcing me to move my belongings after four months to avoid paying a grossly overpriced rate for an inside 10x10 unit. Renters beware!!! It's a sh... read more

My rent went from 60 bucks to 90 in 2 years. Forget anyone calling you back if you leave a message. Nice facility but it's negated by the poor customer service and rate increases.
I've worked with several Extra Space storage facilities with nothing but great things to say. This facility is the exception. Highly unprofessional. Major communication issues, and management will outright LIE to cover their backs. Highly recommend going with a different storage facility even if you just choose the Extra Space down the road.
