Victoria was very knowledgeable about the process and made the entire experience effortless and easy. She knew the system, the processes and set the right expectations for us. She was very professional, friendly and she helped us make the decision to choose ExtraSpace Storage. On site security cameras, gates, etc. made the decision even easier.
I love the online reservation capability. That was wonderful. Victoria called me the following day and provided me with so much needed information. She was so wonderful and answered all my questions and was so easy to talk to. I hope she is at this facility for a very long time.
