Best facility, employee(s) (especially Anthony) are very helpful and resourceful. We had to swap units to bigger one and it was no issue, the setup is great for loading/unloading and was pretty stress free. They have covered docks + well working dollies and extra large elevators.
I am impressed with how easy Extra Space made moving. I called to reserve the unit and was given a great deal because a phone special was happening. I was given all the detailed information I needed to sign a remote contract, so I could sign close to where I lived compared to close to where I was moving. They provided all the accurate gate and lock information so everything went smoothly. The unit was large for a 10x10 and clean. I would suggest this storage facility to anyone with moving needs!
Great customer service, friendly staff working during business hours, and when i signed up free month plus best rates in the area. I'd recommend this place, convenient hours from 6Am-10PM every day of the week and its more or less a good area and is secure if storing outdoors.
Micheal & Anthony were a great help to my mom and gave great customer service! She will definitely recommend using them to anyone looking for a storage unit.
