I've used these guys on multiple occasions. Rick and Twong do a fantastic job in providing excellent customer service. The facilities are clean and prices are competitive. The place to go in Stamford if you need storage.

I expect a storage facility to be safe and secure. This is. But what sets Extra Space Storage of Stamford CT apart head and shoulders above other storage facilities that I have used in the past is the attitude of the staff at this center. They are frendly, helpful, accomodating, respectful, and very ready to meet your needs. I like doing business there because they are nice to me! They make me feel like a "valued customer". It is refreshing to find a business where customer service seems to be a priority.

So, upon entering Extra Space after a long drive all the way from Austin, Tx, I couldn't help but assume we'd be greeted by a not so helpful or friendly staff. I would only assume this as most storage or truck rental spaces I've dealt with in the past have usually been pretty unpleasant, short and sometimes very rude. This was definitely not the case here. I had the opportunity to work with Anthony your Assistant Manager. He is very knowledgeable about the storage facility, very helpful in helping me decide on the right storage for my furniture. His hospitality, knowledge and helpful attitude make him a great asset to your establishment. The facility is clean and seems like a good place to store your belongings. Thank you Anthony. The price gouging is ridiculous, the worst company to do business with in the Storage industry l! Save yourself the headache and bring your business elsewhere. They do not care about customer retention nor satisfaction
