I've used these guys on multiple occasions. Rick and Twong do a fantastic job in providing excellent customer service. The facilities are clean and prices are competitive. The place to go in Stamford if you need storage.

Twong and Rick have been very helpful and informative about their services and storage units. Once our executive has moved in their and I have some further experiences to share, I most definitely will. For now, they have been helpful.
I had the opportunity to work with Anthony your Assistant Manager. He is very knowledgeable about the storage facility, very helpful in helping me decide on the right storage for my furniture. His hospitality, knowledge and helpful attitude make him a great asset to your establishment. The facility is clean and seems like a good place to store your belongings. Thank you Anthony. The price gouging is ridiculous, the worst company to do business with in the Storage industry l! Save yourself the headache and bring your business elsewhere. They do not care about customer retention nor satisfaction

BEWARE. I signed up for a month to month agreement, and the only way they let you know of any type of rent increase is by paper mail, once. There is no follow up. But then they expect you to access all other contractual documents and invoices via e-mail. They are well aware that this is not good business practice, as when I asked to speak to a manager or someone to call outside of the facility, I was told that they weren't allowed to escalate anything regarding rent increases. I would give this zero stars if I could. Be ready for surprise billing and bait and switch prices. This is basically one level short of a scam. My rent was jacked up 50% after one month without my knowledge or approval and the company told me to kick rocks when I complained. They told me it was a "promo" rate even though that was never disclosed in any communications or documents, so I had zero expectation of a change.
