This facility is UBER clean, well lit, and has a super helpful staff. We've been clients with them for a long time, and have never had a single problem. Definitely the place to go for storage in Austin!
Great storage facility in every way. The whole process from start to finish was easy and the staff was very nice and helpful. The storage facility is clean and bright, and the unit was very easy to access, even though it was on the second floor. The movers had no trouble at all getting a couch, bed, etc., into the elevator and moving everything into the storage unit. I can't say enough good things about Extra Space and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Extra Space is clean, friendly, secure, easy to access, reasonably priced, and flexible. Slater helped us get what we needed for short term storage prior to moving. He provided good communication and information. In general, Extra Space was far more flexible than the other orange storage place next door. Would definitely rent here again if needed.

The entire process was easy and reliable. The office personell were available and responded quickly to any and all concerns/questions we had. The space was clean and roomy and exactly what we needed. The entire experience was pleasant and we highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
