If money is not an issue this place is great, really clean and easy to access. However in the year and a half that I've rented from this place the cost of my unit has been raised from $104 to $109 to $116 and then to a staggering $196 this past month. I was not notified of these increases. Be very wary of their attractive intro rates as they will "reevaluate" your price based on market value every 4 months, but only if the price goes up ;)

Had my unit for 4 months. They raised their rates by 60$ almost. Called and asked if mistake. And they re evaluate every 4 months based on their availability. Yes ive dealt w rates being raised b4. But every year by 10-20$ based on property tax increase. Stay away from them unless u like burning money
