Great facility, very clean. A few times I have been there, they are actually outside cleaning the windows. They clearly take pride in their facility and it shows. Manager was extremely helpful in getting the size units I needed for office storage (3 separate units). I also appreciate that they do security checks on the doors. I got a call one day saying that my unit was not secured properly and they showed my what was done wrong to avoid it in the future. This place is over the top accommodating. From the first call, to emails (that arrive promptly), and the friendliness along the way, I never felt lost. Alex and Slator are on site for all questions and situations; I had some glass things break out of the elevator, and Slator (with a genuine smile) said he'd take care of it...and he did before we were up there with our next load. Modern, secure, and good prices. I originally selected this spot for the climate controlled units, which were great in the Texas heat. The manager was always helpful, especially during move out. I've used many storage units for my small businesses over the years, and this is the nicest one so far. Highly recommended.

This extra space storage facility is brand new and the layout is great! The elevators, parking and access are the way it should be with in a storage place. The units are clean with climate control. I was able to meet the manager! Thank you again for your help. Everything was easy breezy and location is prime!!

I've used several storage facilities over the years and Extra Space Storage on Boston Lane in Austin is the best! Alex and the other staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you! The facility itself is clean and safe. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs!

I highly recommend this storage facility. It's new, always impeccably clean, and has covered parking which is crucial when you're loading/unloading in the rain (or heat). They also provide free (large and sturdy) flatbed dolly's, which is also very important and convenient. But I can not say enough good things about David. He was extremely helpful and honest when I was deciding the size of storage I needed and every time I come back he remembers my name and asks how I'm doing. Who still does that?! New and clean. Good parking. Great service. A little bit of a maze once you get inside. Climate controlled throughout. Good security - feels safe, even at night.

This is unlike any other storage unit I've ever rented. It's super clean modern brand new facility...and the entire place is temp controlled...and well priced. Even my wife feels safe coming here alone at night...which says a lot about the place. Also manager is super friendly and professional.
