My experience has been great! The customer service is beyond anything you could want or need. The facility is clean and nicely air conditioned. It was user friendly and there are carts available for use which is very helpful. My unit is on the second floor and the elevator was large which was great. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend to anyone. Plus the music that was playing made it feel welcoming!
