Staff friendly and knowledgeable not alot of documents needed to rent spaces and about guidelines and what storage will best fit what you need .I am satisfied my son actually surprised me with keys he knew I needed storage space to rent he came and purchased it for me which helped me alot

Since I have no transportation, they were easy to deal with. Everything was done online including payment. I filled out all the forms and made my payment I got a phone call from the site manager. She was very nice and told me that she would take the lock that I paid for and put it inside of my storage space so when I would come it would be there for me. She then texted me my gate code so I didn't have to go into the office at all.
