Along every step of the way, the service was stellar. Steven's customer service over the phone and in person is the gold standard. Excellent staff here, highly recommend.

This review is for Lilliana who was so incredibly helpful today. The whole reason I was even having to rent a storage unit was due to having to move out of my apartment after my partner of 10.5 years passed away. I rented the unit online over a week ago, which was a seamless process. I can't tell you how much it means to me to have such great customer service when being in these type of difficult circumstances. Thank you Lilliana for being so kind and understanding of my situation, you really went above and beyond!

I rented a unit yesterday from Lillian and had a great experience. Lillian was very knowledgeable about the property and rates. Lillian ensured me that they do not have a problem with theft or break-ins. They have insurance that is mandatory for the unit however you are allowed to purchase your own storage unit insurance elsewhere. Thank you Lillian for all your help.

Honestly was really debating in getting a storage unit while i moved homes. I came to the nearest one by my current home and can i say it convinced me to grab one. Annie told us about the current units available and how everything works. She made us feel comfortable with conversations. Great deals for great space. I recommend asking for annie to help out when you're looking for a unit.
