Came in for a quote. Walked into the office where two people were sitting. No acknowledgement whatsoever, didnt get greeted. Literally stood there and no one wanted to help. Didnt even want to be there so we walked out. It's common courtesy to greet someone, especially a potential customer. Will never make business.
After many months of complaints the roof still leaks. Owned by out of area lawyers and only MANAGED by Extra Space. The owners will not spend the money to fix the roof. Water has caused hundreds in damage and owners don't care. Their answer is I should have bought their overpriced insurance. My answer, no it is the responsibility of the facility to maintain the roof unless I'm paying for a unit with NO roof.
