A couple of weeks back I had the pleasure of meeting Annie, I had to change the size of my storage unit to a smaller size. Annie was very professional, helpful and diligent during the whole process. Thank you for your help Annie.

I really like the facility, it's accessible, clean, and the staff is very accommodating, speaking especially of Annie, who definitely tried to meet my needs and did. Annie made my move very easy and acted more of a friend than someone trying to take my money. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I would definitely do business with them again. Reserved a unit online today, received a prompt call and was able to go in today and get everything taken care of, the facility is clean, and the service was great I felt comfortable asking all the questions I had, got very detailed answers. I was showed both units I was interested in and was able to decide on the best one for me. Plus they have a special right now where its first month free couldn't ask for better! Very professional establishment. I recently reserved a unit there for my business and the whole experience was great. Annie was very thorough and explained everything very well. She is a pure pleasure to work with. I had went to 2 other storage places near by that morning and left because I was dissatisfied with the service (one wasn't sure if they had a unit size I would want and walked around without finding one, wasting my time...the other had a long line of people waiting to be helped, I left after 10 minutes). My stuff was safe and everything was in fine condition when I moved out last week; it was dusty, but that's not on the storage place. That just happens when you've got stuff sealed up for a few months. However, my biggest issue is the lack of communication and how inconsistent the customer service is. Liliana is very rude. Her attitude is horrible she will argue with you and scream at customers. She does not have any customer service manners. She will sit and watch you go through your storage unit after you payed for it. Very unprofessional I've worked with many other Extra Space storages and this is the only time I've had a problem. I will not be coming back to this location.She also denied me the bathroom even though it has no sign that says employees only.

They saw me pull up and locked the door. I love having my time wasted. Was my first time going after I rented using the online system and I was lost. Will be cancelling after the first month ends.

Have had a storage space here for 4 year's and is broken into and never notified me. Can't move my stuff quick enough
