The property manager, Kim, was an amazing resource on the phone and in person. One of the friendliest persons I've ever met. Kim made the process for getting a unit a breeze and had a great attitude throughout our conversation. She is truly an asset for Extra Space Storage. I look forward to working with her again soon! Jay at Extra Space Westshore was awesome. We were customers for 5 years and he helped us with our rate due to our loyalty. Not many companies will go out of their way to do this.

These guys are great. They are very accommodating and listen to what you have to say. It's a great location and is very clean and easy to to get to. Prices are so good I paid for 2 years in advance.

I'd happily bring my business here again. Great customer service from manager Cindy, and units/building are clean and easy to access. It's probably the best all around self-storage business I've used out of 4 over the last 10 years.

I chose this location primarily due to so many favorable online reviews. I made my reservation online and promptly received a call from Jesmarie. When I went in to view the unit and (electronically) sign my contract, the whole experience was positive. When Jesmarie took me to view the unit, I remember thinking this is the cleanest storage space I've ever seen.
